The objective of this project was to develop a visual poem. I picked a verse from the song Open Book by Mikey McCleary. I wanted to keep the theme of my animation minimalistic vector style with a bright color palette.

Here is the animation:
The storyboard for this one focused on life being a book filled with chapters. The author of the poem is as if flipping through her life pages and narrating the incidents. Opening the booking and diving into stories and wrapping up again with the book closing ties the overall concept together.
